Pennsylvania Police Search for Thieves Caught on Camera Stealing American Flags
Police in Pennsylvania are searching for three suspects caught stealing American flags in a suburban neighborhood.
The Macungie Police Department published a Facebook post about the incident on Saturday. The department released surveillance video of three suspects holding stolen flags and walking down a street.
“Macungie Police are seeking information and the identity of the two men and women in the video,” the post said. “They were last seen in the Lea St area stealing American flags from several residential homes.”
The video shows the three suspects walking down the street early Saturday morning. The video sparked angry reactions in the comments section of the post.

“When they get caught, they should be required to go to every house, replace the flags, and apologize to the homeowners,” one person wrote. “Mom and dad don’t buy the flag either, if they commit the crime they can spend their time working to repair or replace what they damage.”
“Probably stealing flags because they were taught to hate America,” another Facebook user chimed in.
