Scientist Mariah Arrested in ATL
As The Shade Room previously reported, Mariah was arrested and detained on Wednesday (May 1) in the Peach State. Young Thug’s girlfriend was charged with a simple battery and taken into custody the same day. The woman who accused the singer of assault, Cleopatra Deuce, told Fulton County police that Mariah beat her for no reason. Deuce said she didn’t know her or any of the artist’s friends. She claimed that she was beaten for no reason. Cleopatra said her wig was torn off her head and she was dragged onto the table and floor. She stated that she subsequently suffered injuries to her feet and legs. The alleged victim of the attack said she couldn’t immediately identify Mariah because she wasn’t wearing glasses, but later identified her as her attacker.
The incident allegedly occurred at Cavo Kitchen and Cocktail Lounge on March 29. A video of the altercation began circulating online, but it is unclear whether Mariah was the assailant in the video. Cleopatra reportedly requested additional surveillance footage from Cavo.
