A summary of the couple’s divorce proceedings so far
As The Shade Room previously reported, Abasolo filed for divorce from Lindsay after four years of marriage in January. At the time, Abasolo listed their separation date as December 31, 2023.
At the time, it was revealed that Abasolo had asked Lindsay to provide him with spousal support.

Days after news of the divorce broke, Lindsay broke her silence on the matter, according to The Shade Room.
“It’s obviously a difficult time right now – if you’ve read the headlines… and you’re probably wondering why I would even work,” she said on her Higher Education podcast. “But honestly, I need to take my mind off of myself, and the best way to do that is to do what I love…”
Lindsay then explained that she would speak publicly about the matter later.
Then, earlier this month, Abasolo reportedly requested emergency spousal support from Lindsay, according to The Shade Room. At the time, Abasolo asked Lindsey to cover at least $75,000 of his legal fees. Additionally, Abasolo claimed that his monthly income paled in comparison to Lindsey’s. Consequently, he will also need her help in moving out of their shared home in Los Angeles, California.
“Rachel and I live together in our family residence, but neither of us wants to continue living together. Our current life situation is very awkward and stressful. “I want to move out of our family residence as soon as possible, but maintaining our standard of living is financially impossible at this time,” he reportedly said.
