Biden says world leaders are afraid of another Trump presidency, tell him ‘you can’t let’ Trump win

President Biden said during a new interview that several international leaders have told him that he cannot allow presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump to win in 2024.
“I didn’t attend any major international meeting before it was over, and I’ve attended many, more than most presidents in three and a half years, where a world leader doesn’t pull me aside when I’m leaving and say, ‘You can’t win,'” Biden said, after telling a story about the first G7 summit he attended as president.
In an interview with TIME magazine, Biden said he told a group of seven leaders that the United States was “back” during the 2021 summit. He said French President Emmanuel Macron responded with the question: “for how long?”

The president also said another leader questioned how the United States would react if something similar to the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol happened in London.
Biden again attacked Trump for what he characterized as a dereliction of duty that day in 2021.
“And it made me realize how fundamental what he allowed to happen sitting in this room, watching that TV for three hours and doing nothing, he said about America, and how much trust people lost in America,” Biden said . saying.
He argued that American democracy and democracies around the world were “at stake.”

Biden said he plans to finish what he started if he defeats Trump in November.
“We have the opportunity that the decisions we make in the last two years, in the next four years, are going to determine the future of Europe for a long time.
