Ugh! Houston named the dirtiest in the list of the 20 best cities in the United States

Ugh, Chile! Neighbors, you may live in one of the dirtiest cities in America! A recent study sent the internet into meltdown after it released a list of the 20 dirtiest cities in the United States.
Top 20 dirtiest cities in America
In accordance with HillLawnStarter, a lawn care service provider, assessed more than 150 major U.S. cities. Their research focused on environmental pollution, living conditions, infrastructure and resident satisfaction.
Social networks were shocked after Houston, Texas has been named the dirtiest city to live in. The Hill reports that Houston ranked first due to its serious cockroach problem, high levels of pollution and greenhouse gas emissions from large industrial plants.
Despite these claims, some Houstonians express greater satisfaction with the cleanliness of their city compared to residents of 33 other major cities.
Rounds out the top five Newark, New Jersey securing the second position. It has fallen from its position as the dirtiest city.
The list continued San Bernardino at number three, followed by Detroit, Michigan at number four, and JErcy City, New Jersey at number five.
Several California cities, including Bakersfield, Fresno, Los Angeles and San Bernardino, were also ranked among the dirtiest. San Bernardino saw the highest number of residents dissatisfied with cleanliness for the second year in a row. The study also highlighted the water challenges facing the South West, which have been exacerbated by drought and climate change. However, Las Vegas was the most polluted region, ranking 19th.
