Kate Middleton Celebrates Father’s Day with Prince William: ‘We Love You Dad’
Royal Ascot is still a family affair for Prince William.
How Kate Middleton continues to seek preventative chemotherapy, her parents Carole Middleton And Michael Middleton joined the Prince of Wales at the annual races on 19 June.
As is tradition, William wore a top hat and three-piece suit, which he paired with a blue patterned tie and a purple boutonniere. Continuing the floral theme, Carol wore a blue periwinkle-embellished dress and matching bag, while her husband opted for a traditional vest, paired with striped trousers and a black hat.
At one point during the day, William, 41, tenderly held his mother-in-law’s hand as he led her across the green lawn. He was also seen chatting with his cousins. Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie And Zara Tindall.
The outing comes less than a week after Kate, 42, made her first public appearance since sharing her cancer diagnosis in March. At the Presentation of the Colors ceremony on June 15, the Princess of Wales, dressed in a black and white Jenny Packham dress and Philip Treacy hat, accompanied William and their children. Prince George10, Princess Charlotte9 and Prince Louis6, on the balcony of Buckingham Palace to watch the Royal Air Force fly over.
