One mother’s controversial move has raised many eyebrows.
TikToker Shay Nanigans caused a furor after she claimed she charged another mother $15 to pay expenses incurred while their daughters played, but it was all small change.
“So, my daughter recently had a friend come over,” Shay said in the video she shared. TikTok, June 12“and I asked her mom for money and that’s how it went.”
Shay went on to share screenshots of their alleged messages, which show her asking for Venmo for a total of $15 because she “can’t keep doing these play dates if it’s so expensive.”
“This way we can do this more often without the financial commitment on just one side,” Shay told the other mom. “Is it true? Has the meaning”.
And while the mother’s only response was to ask for a list of “supplies,” the influencer shared that they eventually sent her money.
