Marc Daly’s child support agreement released
PEOPLE Daly and Moore reportedly finalized their divorce in December 2020. However, the terms of the couple’s divorce were agreed this week, as was the amount Daly will hand over each month. Mark agreed to pay $2,000 to cover Brooklyn’s living expenses. In addition, he will pay Kenya $1,000 monthly, which will be deposited into her college savings account. Additionally, the divorce papers state that Mark “must provide evidence and a start date of January 2024 – meaning his total contribution must be twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) for the year.”
The judge tries to ensure that they each have a healthy relationship with Brooklyn
As The Shade Room previously reported, the couple’s divorce was messy. It was so bad that it seemed like the judge wanted to ensure that his personal relationship with Brooke would not be harmed. Judge “…held that both parties must encourage the minor child to develop a close, caring relationship with the other party, and each must refrain from conduct that undermines or is likely to undermine the positive relationship between the minor child and the other party.”
Mark and Kenya got married on June 10, 2017. Two years later they announced their separation. She said PEOPLE in 2019 she “…I didn’t get married to quit smoking.” She added, “I love my husband. I have no doubt that he loves me. I believe in the best and the worst, and I believe in trying everything before you leave, especially when we have a child and we are a family.”
Sometimes it’s better for mom and dad to separate. Wish them happy co-parenting.
