How Todd Chrisley Reacts to Wife Julie’s Prison Sentence Being Overturned

Todd, 55, and Julie, 51, were convicted of wire fraud, conspiracy to commit bank fraud, and conspiracy to defraud the United States in June 2022. They were sent to prison in January 2023.

In a recent statement to E! News, Chrisley’s attorneys said they were “pleased that the court found Julie’s conviction was wrongful, but we are obviously disappointed that the court denied Todd’s appeal.”

“By taking this step, we are now in a position to challenge the couple’s convictions based on the illegal search that began this case,” the statement said, apparently referring to a misconduct case the couple settled earlier this year. “The family appreciates the continued support they have received throughout this process. And they look forward to more good news in the future.”
