Why Travis Kelsey and Jason Kelsey Are Taking a Break From Working on New Heights
#10: He can handle pressure
Not only has Travis played in three, and soon to be four, Super Bowls, winning two of them (recently!), but he has also been a host Saturday Night Lifeso you know he can handle intense attention with ease.
It may seem trivial, but Taylor has written several songs about her fears that her level of fame might be too much for her romantic partner. (See: “Peace” and “The Archer.”)
“It depends on who you’re with,” Taylor said. “If they’re having serious problems, I think you’d hide or something, but I don’t really like that because it makes me feel like a fugitive, like, ‘Oh my god, we’re in a relationship, you better hide!'”
“I think if you could be in a relationship and still feel like everything was okay, that would be a good thing.”
And in his WSJ In his interview, Travis proved that he is more than ready for the pressure that comes with dating someone as powerful as Taylor.
“Obviously, I’ve never met anyone who has that aura… I’ve never encountered that,” he said. “But at the same time, I don’t run from any of that.”
“The amount of attention she gets, the amount of magnifying glass she has on her, every day, paparazzi outside her house, outside every restaurant she goes to, after every flight she takes, and she’s just living life, enjoying life,” he added. “When she acts like that, I better not be weird.”
