Kevin Hart Reportedly Sued For $12 Million By His Ex-Friend

According to the publication, the lawsuit claims that Hart’s words failed to provide “a clear and unambiguous justification for the plaintiff,” which is why Jackson reportedly faced “tremendous difficulty in obtaining acting roles.”

“Hart’s statement dilutes that intent by presenting the acquittal as the closing of a chapter in Hart’s own life rather than as a clear and unambiguous acquittal of Plaintiff,” the lawsuit says. USA Today.

Jackson is reportedly suing Hart, citing “breach of a written contract, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.” He is also reportedly trying to get more than $12 million from Hart.
